How to created an USB to 5V cable
At the first experiments with the Bifferboard, the 5V power supply came from an external 220V to 5V converter. But after buying an external powered USB hub to connect multiple USB devices to the Bifferboard, the idea came to create an USB to 5V cable. The used cable is just an ordinary USB cable, like the one shown below
The wiring diagram is very simple and is shown below

So after cutting one end of the USB cable and attaching a power plug connector to the lines 1 and 4 the result is like this
